Delivery and Returns
All items on our site qualify for free standard delivery to the UK mainland.
In most cases, your item will be with you in 2 working days or less.
If you have any delivery issues, please check the tracking number on the order update that is emailed out to you. This will show the current location of the item.
If the item has had a delivery attempt, then it may be being held at the carrier's local depot. Please check what carrier has been used. A missed delivery card should have been left with you, giving you instructions for redelivery or to arrange collection.
If you are still having problems, please get in contact with us at email@example.com and we will look into it as a priority.
